That is such sad news, please accept our condolences. We thought David was indestructible, always with a smile on his face and positive in his approach to life. We shared many happy memories with you both and we were talking last night about the time we were down at  Exmouth  with you and David was determined to have a barbeque even though it was a very cold October day. And the time in Italy when we drunk the restaurant  dry of Amarone. Here's a photo taken in Milan. And, of course, those long lunches with David at La Grotta.
